How do I reach All-Pro Plumbing & HVAC in Brunswick, OH?

Call (216) 972-3524 or send the service request form on this page. The shop is in Brunswick, OH, and hours are call for availability. Phone gets the fastest answer on anything actively leaking or a house with no heat; the form is the better route for scheduling planned work like a water heater or furnace replacement.

What to have ready when you call

  • The address and the symptom. "Water in the basement near the laundry standpipe" tells us more than "a leak."
  • When it started and whether it's constant or only when a specific fixture runs.
  • Age and type of the equipment if you know it — gas or electric water heater, tank or tankless, furnace with or without a PVC vent out the side wall. The label on the unit has it.
  • Whether you know where the shutoff is. On an active leak that's the first thing we'll walk you through over the phone.
  • Access notes — dogs, a locked crawlspace, a driveway that won't take a van in the snow.

Before we get there

If a supply line is spraying, close the fixture stop under it; if that won't hold, close the main at the meter and open a low faucet to drain the pressure off. On a water heater, shut the cold inlet valve on top before anything else.

With a furnace that won't light, check the filter and confirm the switch on the side of the unit is on and the thermostat has fresh batteries. Two out of ten no-heat calls end there, and we'd rather tell you that on the phone than charge you to find it.

With central air blowing warm, shut the system off at the thermostat and let it sit for a few hours. If the coil was iced over, running it longer only makes the diagnosis harder once we arrive.

Questions before you book

How fast do you respond to the form?

It comes straight to the shop. If it lands during working hours you'll typically hear back the same day; overnight submissions get a call the next morning.

Should I call or use the form for an emergency?

Call. Anything with active water or no heat in freezing weather should be a phone call to (216) 972-3524 — a form sitting in an inbox doesn't help you at 9pm.

Do you charge for a diagnostic visit?

There's a charge to send a truck and diagnose the problem properly. You'll be told what it is before we schedule, not after we're standing in your basement.

Can I get a quote for a replacement without a service call?

We can give a realistic range over the phone once we know the equipment and the house. A firm number needs someone to look at the venting, the shutoffs and how the old unit comes out.

Do you do both plumbing and HVAC on one visit?

Yes — both trades run out of the same shop, so a furnace issue and a plumbing issue in the same basement are one appointment.
